License Agreement

Templates offered on templates.estream.com are property of eStream Inc. or the original authors. As the purchaser you are purchasing limited rights to the templates for use on a single website that will be built by a designer set aside to do so by eStream Inc. The templates are not offered for redistribution. You may not download, put them on a cd or any diskette and resell or redistribute them in any form. Violation of the rules will subject you to termination of contract and possible legal action from eStream Inc.


Change Requests

All change requests must be submitted to proper Estream Inc. employees for the requests to be fulfilled. Requests for changes to sites and/or templates offered by Estream Inc. WILL NOT be accepted over the phone under any circumstance. All requests must be submitted in Word format or embedded in the body of an email. Estream Inc. is not responsible for the transit of change requests. Any requests lost in transit, or submitted to the wrong location and not received by the proper Estream Inc. employee is the sole responsibility of the sender.


Site Payment

All sites must be paid in full before work will begin, unless prior payment plans have been agreed upon between Estream Inc. and the customer. Custom changes to templates, site change overages, custom designs, etc. may incur additional fees to the purchaser. Payment for these circumstances can be worked out ahead of time. Estream Inc. reserves the right to discontinue the service or work on any site due to a customers failure to pay the agreed upon fees.
